Collection: Space Wolves

Take the field with savage skill and forge your own great sagas as the ferocious warriors of the Space Wolves.

Hailing from the ice world of Fenris, the sons of the Primarch Leman Russ are like no other chapter of the Astartes. The Space Wolves are brutal, cunning, and particularly savage should there be a need for it, preferring to tear down opponents in glorious combat, ideally one-to-one against an enemy larger than them.

The Space Wolves in the 40k universe are a blend of wolves and Vikings, each warrior with fangs, claws, and incredible feral instincts to aid them on the hunt. They favour axes over swords, wear the pelts of their prey on their armour, and put great stock in each warrior’s personal legacy. For the greatest of Space Wolves, their legends are told over and over at great feasts in the form of epic sagas.

On the tabletop, the Space Wolves play exactly how they sound. They are experts in fast and brutal melee combat, charging down the foe either on foot or on the back of mighty thunderwolves. They have access to the ranged arsenal of the other Astartes, but operate best in a glorious charge with heroic characters leading the assault.

Getting started with Space Wolves

To forge your own pack of the Space Wolves in Malta, start with these core units:

  • Assault Intercessors - Armed with heavy bolt pistol and chainsword, these Primaris warriors take the fight to the enemy in melee.
  • Thunderwolf Cavalry - Heavily armed, heavily armoured, and devastatingly fast cavalry able to break even the toughest of enemies.
  • Ragnar Blackmane - Current Wolf Lord of the chapter, Ragnar Blackmane is a mixture of brutal ferocity and exceptional insight.
  • Murderfang - More a beast than a warrior by this point, the maddened Murderfang is a dreadnought more savage than any other.
