Collection: Blood Angels

Swoop into battle on the wings of Sanguinius to spill the blood of your enemies as the Blood Angels

Sons of the angelic Primarch Sanguinius, cruelly struck down by the arch-traitor Horus, the Astartes of the Blood Angels chapter constantly feel the legacy of his blood and his demise, blessed by his brilliance but cursed by his fate. Appearing as both winged angels but also with vampiric visages, they constantly resist a thirst for blood and an inevitable descent into murderous madness known as the Black Rage.

In the world of 40k, the Blood Angels are renowned as fearsome and ferocious melee combatants, preferring to leap into the enemy with specially-designed jump packs and sweeping them away in a flurry of chainsword strikes. Most feared of all are the Death Company, Astartes who have succumbed to the violent insanity of the Black Rage and are thrown at the enemy until they or their foe are dead.

The Blood Angels as an army share much of the standard Astartes balance, but lean heavily into jump pack troops and close combat. They are usually a fast force, capable of overwhelming foes with speed and an incredible number of attacks. They can be supported by tanks and heavy troops, but are most effective on the move.
