The Aeldari, sometimes called the Eldar, are an elf-like race in the Warhammer 40k galaxy that once ruled everything before a terrible disaster cut their numbers down to a tiny number. Despite their small numbers, they are still a powerful fighting force, using advanced ancient technology and powerful psychic abilities to strike their enemies without warning.
Playing the Aeldari in 40k is all about using incredible speed and agility to strike targets before vanishing out of sight. The Aeldari use a number of specialist squads that have perfected their art against one type of target, whether that’s swift and devastating close combat or total destruction of vehicles.
Their units are never particularly tough but can often use speed and cunning to avoid danger before coming back to hit again. Aeldari psykers are also famously powerful, able to conjure huge storms of energy or even change fate itself on the battlefield. Overall, it’s an army that produce incredible results in the hands of the right general.
